to the official wedding website of Austin and Sammy! We are thrilled to invite you to join us as we celebrate our union in marriage. Join us for a night of music, laughter, and cake!

Accommodations
There are a quite a few reasonably priced stays in Sandpoint. I have linked below a couple hotel options that are closer to the venue.
Dress Code
We request that you dress up with us in semi-formal attire to celebrate! For gentlemen this means slack or chinos and for ladies this means a nice dress, co-ord, or pantsuit. If you require visual aid click HERE. We kindly request you leave shades of white and cream for the bride!
Arrival
We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremonies scheduled start time to ensure plenty of time to sign the guest book and settle into a good seat! We also ask that upon music starting all phones be put away.
Getting to the venue
The venue is about 30 minutes from Sandpoint and about 25 minutes from Ponderay. Directions are hyperlinked to the address that is listed on the beginning page of this website under WHERE, you can also find directions on the VENUE DIRECTIONS tab linked below. Parking is in front of the lodge and signage will direct you.
FAQ's
Do I have to RSVP?
Every guest that is going to be in attendance must RSVP by the 8/15/2025 deadline or it will be assumed they will not be able to attend. Please RSVP via the corresponding tab linked at the top of the site. Everyone conforming to this rule ensures we will have an accurate guest count for our vendors!
What should I wear?
The dress code is semi formal attire. We ask that men please refrain from wearing jeans and opt for something a bit dressier such as chinos or slacks. Ladies, a nice co-ord, pantsuit, or dress in your favorite color or pattern is perfect. You can find inspiration HERE. Please wear sensible footwear as the ceremony will take place on grass. We also encourage all guests to bring a jacket or sweater as the weather may be unpredictable.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
While the majority of the event will take place indoors the ceremony will take place outside on the lawn. Cocktail hour and reception to follow inside the lodge.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We want all of our guests to be fully present and undistracted during the reception as well as allow our amazing photographers to be able to capture the best possible pictures to share with you! We ask that all phones be put away and silenced when the ceremony music begins.
Have you created a registry?
We have decided against doing a traditional registry and request that guests bring a card with a bit of advice, a tip for a happy marriage, or your best wishes for us to look at and cherish as a keepsake. We have also created a cash fund that can be found HERE for those that still wish to provide a gift.
